Your Visit

Your Visit

Arrival

A guide will greet you and make sure you have everything you need to check in and receive your gear. You can help expedite this process by completing a waiver prior to arrival.

Training

Video Instruction: We have a short video to teach you to use your gear and move through the courses at TreeUmph!

Hands On Instruction: Watch a guide demonstrate the gear, the form, and tricks.

Demo course : Show us what you know! The last stop before climbing your way through the trees. We want to see that you can clip, climb, and zip. There will also be a guide here to offer pointers and answer questions.

The Courses

Time to sweat! Now that you're set and ready to climb, you can move on to the first course. Each course will be higher and harder than the one before. Our guests all move through in order, until they they’ve conquered all, or reached their personal best and decide to stop or are too tired to continue. At any point, you are encouraged to ask our guides for assistance... whether that is a little encouragement or getting rescued is up to you.

Rain or Shine!

Rain or Shine!

We don’t let a little rain stop us from having fun but we make sure everyone stays safe, if weather situations become unsuitable for climbing we will follow our weather policy and get everyone back up in the trees as soon as possible.

Weather Policy

It is possible that it could rain during your adventure. TreeUmph! Adventure Course is a RAIN or SHINE activity. TreeUmph! is SAFE and FUN in the rain.

  • By purchasing a ticket you agree to our policy that refunds or rain checks are NOT given for wet, hot or cold weather.

It is also possible that we will temporarily close the park due to severe weather conditions such as lightning in close proximity or high winds. If we evacuate guests out of the trees due to dangerous weather, you can expect:

  • To gather at Base Camp for a general announcement.
  • Most storms pass quickly in Florida. Our goal is to get you back on the courses as soon as it is safe to do so. We will continue to monitor the storm after all guests are safely down from the trees.
  • We ask you to wait for weather to pass and for Management to decide if guests will be able to return to the courses. Total wait time will not exceed 1.5 hours.
  • If after 30 mins, you choose not to wait and have not yet finished the last course of your ticket including the Triumph Zip Line, then you can receive a coupon for a half price ticket to return on another day.
  • If you choose to wait and Management decides it is safe to return to climbing before the 1.5 hours wait time, then you will be allowed to re-start where you left off on the courses. No rainchecks will be issued if guests are allowed to return to the courses.
  • You must wait on premises. If you leave the park for any reason then you lose your claim to a rain check.
  • Guests that have not started the courses or are still on the demonstration course are entitled to a rain check without waiting if they prefer.
  • All coupons and rain checks are subject to future availability.

After the 1.5 hours wait has expired and Management decides it is still not safe to return to the courses:

  • If have not yet finished the last course of your ticket (not including the Triumph Zip Line) then you will be given a rain check to come back on another day.
  • If you have finished the last course of your ticket but have not finished the Triumph Zip Line, then you will be given your choice of either a half price coupon to come back or a pass to return to only do the Triumph Zip Line on another day.

We Care

We Care

Building Responsibly

TreeUmph! builds responsibly and strives to preserve and protect the environment that the courses are located in. The elements that make up the treetop courses literally “hug” the trees by attaching through a compression system, allowing the trees to continue growing naturally and remain strong.

We preserve our wetlands, we have a recycling program and we work hard to keep the environment clean in our park and beyond.

Supporting Community

Our mission is: To inspire FUN and a sense of PRIDE through ADVENTURE. TreeUmph! Adventure Course is committed to helping local communities and non-profit organizations reach their goals through our gift certificate donation program. We are active in supporting medical and health related causes, public schools, causes that support social awareness, and youth athletics.

Donated Gift Certificates: Due to the high volume of charitable donation requests we receive each day, we have established procedures and guidelines to make sure we collect and respond to yours. We will review all requests for charitable donations and respond within 2 weeks of receiving it. Donation requests must be submitted to us by filling out the form below. Please keep in mind that we donate to 50 applicants per quarter. Each orgnaization can apply for donated gift certificates every 6 months (no sooner).

Application for Donated Gift Certificates

Donated Charity Event: Our donated charity events are fun for us and for your organization. We love having groups come in and climb! We reserve up to 50 Adventure Admission tickets and also provide gloves and water tickets for up to 50 climbers free of charge. Please apply below. Our management team reviews the applicants quarterly and pick it’s favorite to come and climb. If you aren’t picked for the quarter you apply for, you can always reapply for the next one! You must be a non-profit organization.

Our Story

Our Story

The TreeUmph! Story

We started TreeUmph with the dream of wrapping our enjoyment of nature, our thirst for fun and adventure, and our commitment to hard work and family and community into a business that could spread and grow those ideals to as many people as possible. Since the opening of our first TreeUmph! Adventure Course in Bradenton, Florida in 2012, we have been committed to inspiring FUN and a sense of PRIDE through ADVENTURE in our guests, our staff, and in the neighborhoods we call home.

The real story of TreeUmph is about the people; those who dedicate their time and have shown incredible commitment and excitement about our mission. We’ve been fortunate to find people along the way who believed in our ideas and in our abilities and helped make TreeUmph a reality. Our management staff lead the charge. They inspire, create, care and work like owners. Our wonderful guides train hard, play hard, and tire hard. They are courteous and understand that our guests choose to come to TreeUmph for many reasons, from a once-in-a-lifetime vacation to a day off from work, to play and to create memories that will shape their life.

Whether you experience TreeUmph as a guest, as an employee, as a spectator, or through our impact on the community, we hope it makes your life better and different in some way. We believe that real adventures transform your perspective on yourself and on your life. Everybody can look up at trees and dream; we welcome you to come try something new, something out of your element, an ADVENTURE! Let us exceed your expectations and help you discover something totally new about yourself at TreeUmph! Adventure Course.
